We are a veteran-owned, dual-licensed roofing and construction company (Licenses CCC1334499 & CRC1335172) serving Belleview, Ocala, The Villages, and surrounding Central Florida communities. The Site provides general information about our services. It is not an offer to perform work and does not create a contract for services.

Estimates, Quotes & Proposals

Any pricing, estimate, or quote provided through the Site, by phone, or in person is for general informational purposes and is subject to a physical inspection of your property. Estimates are not binding offers. A binding agreement is formed only when both you and an authorized representative of State Certified Roofing & Construction sign a written contract or proposal describing the specific scope, materials, price, and terms of the work.

Workmanship & Warranties

Any warranty on labor or materials is governed solely by the terms of your signed contract and any applicable manufacturer warranties. Information on this Site does not itself constitute a warranty or guarantee of any kind.
