What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and share information when you visit statecertifiedroofing.com or contact us through the site, by phone, by text, or by email.

What we collect

• Information you give us — name, phone number, email address, property address, ZIP code, roof age, and anything else you type into a form or tell us on a call.
• Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referring site, and time on page. We collect this through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Cookies and similar tech — small files placed on your device to keep the site working, measure traffic, and (where you've consented) deliver ads.
• Form security — we use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that form submissions come from real humans, not bots. Turnstile may receive limited technical data about your browser session.

How we use it

• Schedule and perform your free inspection, recertification, maintenance, rejuvenation or replacement work.
• Contact you about your roof, your quote, your appointment, and follow-up reminders.
• Send your roof's 5-year recertification renewal reminder before it expires.
• Operate, secure and improve the site.
• Measure marketing performance (Google Ads, organic search, referrals).
• Comply with Florida licensing, insurance, building code and tax recordkeeping obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what's needed with:

• Our CRM and scheduling system (Go High Level) so Sarge and the crew can reach you.
• Our hosting and analytics providers (Bluehost, Cloudflare, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
• Your insurance carrier if you ask us to deliver an inspection package or wind mitigation form on your behalf.
• Government and regulatory bodies when required by law, court order, or licensing rules.

SMS / phone consent

When you submit a form or call us, you agree we may call or text the number you provided regarding your inspection, quote or scheduled work. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or tell us on a call to stop calling.

How long we keep it

Lead and customer records: at minimum the period required by Florida law for licensed contractors (currently 5 years from contract or last service), and longer if a warranty, insurance claim or legal hold is active. Analytics data: as configured in Google Analytics, typically 14 to 26 months.

Your choices

• Access, correction, deletion. Email [email protected] and we'll handle it.
• Marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link on any marketing email, or ask us to remove you.
• Cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may break parts of the site.
• Do Not Track. We don't currently respond to browser DNT signals because there's no industry standard.

Children

This site is intended for adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

We use HTTPS, a Cloudflare web application firewall, and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, tell us immediately.

Changes

If we change this policy materially, we'll update the “Last updated” date and post the new version here.
