Agreement
By using statecertifiedroofing.com (the “site”) or contacting us through the site, you agree to these Terms. The site is operated by Ace Roofing Tech, LLC dba State Certified Roofing & Construction, 12324 SE 87th Terrace, Belleview, FL 34420. Florida licenses CCC1334499 (Certified Roofing Contractor) and CRC1335172 (Certified Residential Contractor).
What this site is and isn't
This site provides general information about our services: roof maintenance, rejuvenation, 5-year recertification, and replacement. The information on the site is for educational and marketing purposes. It is not a legally binding inspection, certification, contract, warranty, or guarantee of insurance acceptance. Insurance, code and licensing rules change. Always confirm specifics with your insurance carrier, your municipality, and your signed work agreement.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes and estimates posted on the site (including the “starting at ” recertification price) are informational. Your actual price depends on roof size, condition, accessibility, materials, code and the scope of maintenance repairs identified during the free inspection. A written, signed work agreement is the only binding price.
5-Year Recertification — scope and exclusions
When we issue a 5-Year Roof Recertification, the package includes the cover letter, Citizens RCF-1 format inspection form, photo report, maintenance scope completion certificate, and signed validity statement with exclusions. The validity statement governs what the certification covers and does not cover. Recertification is not a warranty against future failure, storm damage, hidden defects, or carrier-specific underwriting decisions.
Free inspections
Free inspections are free of charge. They do not create a contractor-client relationship until both parties sign a written work agreement. We reserve the right to decline to perform any work, including issuing a recertification, where we determine in our professional judgment that the roof does not qualify.
SMS and call communication
When you submit a form or call us, you authorize us to call and text the number provided regarding your inspection, quote, scheduled work and renewal reminders. Standard message and data rates may apply. Opt out at any time by replying STOP or telling us on a call.
Intellectual property
The site, our logos, the patriotic eagle mark, the “State Certified Roofing & Construction” name, the “Sarge” brand, the page copy, photographs, video, and downloadable PDFs are owned by Ace Roofing Tech, LLC. You may view them for your personal, non-commercial use. Don't republish, scrape, mirror, or use them to train a competing model without written permission.
Third-party links
Where we link to insurance carriers, government sites (DBPR, Citizens, the Florida statute), manufacturers (TAMKO), the BBB, or financing partners, we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
No professional advice

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Florida law, Ace Roofing Tech, LLC and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. For any direct claim arising from the site itself, our aggregate liability is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Marion County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
