State Certified Roofing & Construction was built from decades of hands-on roofing and construction experience across Florida, the Midwest, Southwest, Gulf Coast, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Sal proudly served in the U.S. Army before later attending Texas Tech University, where he studied Construction Technology and Business Math before entering the construction industry full-time.
Over the years, he has personally helped build custom homes, guest houses, shops, roofing systems, and resilient construction projects — including an ongoing Structural Concrete Insulated Panel (SCIP) home designed around durability, energy efficiency, and storm resistance.

Dual Florida Licenses — Why It Matters
Most roofers in Florida hold only a roofing license. We hold two state licenses:
- CCC1334499 — Certified Roofing Contractor
- CRC1335172 — Certified Residential Contractor
The second license lets us handle structural decking issues, framing modifications, skylight installations, new construction roofing, and residential building work that roofing-only contractors have to subcontract.
