Citrus County is our newest service area. From our Belleview office, we're approximately 30 minutes from Inverness and 4045 minutes from Crystal River well within same-week response time for most projects and 24-hour response for emergencies.
Citrus County residents have been asking Sarge to cross the county line for years. We finally have the crew capacity to do it right the same dual-licensed, permit-pulled, no-subcontractor standard that Marion, Lake, and Sumter County homeowners have gotten since 1990, now available to Citrus County homeowners too.

Citrus County Roofing What We Know About Your Area
Lake Tsala Apopka & Inverness
Inverness and the Tsala Apopka lake chain sit in one of the wetter zones of Central Florida. We see consistent issues with underlayment deterioration, soffit rot, and fascia damage from extended rainy seasons. Inverness historic district homes (many from the 1920s1950s) often have 23 layers of old shingles that must be completely torn off before a proper reroof Florida code limits you to two layers maximum.
Crystal River & Homosassa Coastal Wind Exposure
Gulf coast properties take a beating from wind-driven rain and salt air. We recommend impact-rated shingles or standing seam metal for any home within 5 miles of the coast. Coastal ventilation design also matters more soffit vents facing Gulf-side winds can force driven rain into the attic.
Hernando & Lecanto Newer Construction, Higher Pitch
Much of the Hernando/Lecanto area is newer 1990s2010s construction with steeper pitches and complex roof geometries. More hips, valleys, and dormers mean more flashing and more potential failure points. Metal roofing performs especially well on these roof styles.
Floral City Old Oaks, Old Roofs
Floral City's historic oak canopy is beautiful and brutal on roofs. Constant leaf debris, acorn hits, and branch falls mean these roofs age 2030% faster than roofs without tree coverage. Annual maintenance isn't optional here; it's the difference between a 15-year roof and a 22-year roof.
