Roof rejuvenation is a comprehensive tune-up. It's everything a 5-Year Recertification covers, minus the Citizens RCF-1 document bundle. If you don't need the formal insurance-grade paperwork — you just want your roof healthy, watertight and good for another stretch of years — rejuvenation is the right call.
For asphalt shingle roofs, rejuvenation may also include a bio-based shingle oil treatment after the roof is cleaned and repaired. That treatment is for qualifying shingles only: it is meant to help restore flexibility and improve granule adhesion, not hide a failed roof.

How rejuvenation differs from the other services
vs. Roof Maintenance
Maintenance is targeted (fix the leak, replace the boot, clear the valley). Rejuvenation is comprehensive — the whole roof gets walked, every weak point addressed, the whole system tuned up. One scheduled visit instead of a series of repair calls.
vs. 5-Year Recertification
Same physical scope. Difference: rejuvenation does not include the Citizens RCF-1 form, the signed insurance-grade certification, or the formal 5-year validity statement. You get a written summary and photos — not the document bundle a carrier expects.
