We help with insurance claims documentation, adjuster meetings, proper paperwork. But we don't use Assignment of Benefits contracts. AOB is a scam vehicle the Florida legislature partially banned because of abuse. You keep control of your insurance claim. We advocate for you, but you're the policyholder, you sign off on everything, you control the money.

Every repair, every replacement, every inspection comes with written documentation. Warranty terms are in writing. Scope is in writing. Materials are specified. If something happens in year three and you've lost the paperwork, we have our copy. Transparency means everything is documented.
